ProBodies Gym, situated in the heart of the historic market town of Spalding, in rural Lincolnshire, is the town’s premier facility for all of your health and fitness needs. The Gym has plenty of parking space and boasts a massive 8000 square feet of floor space, which enables each member to train freely in our modern, spacious facility. Upon entering the Gym you will be greeted by a team of trained, experienced staff always willing to help and assist.

LADIES ONLY AREA
Ladies are made to feel special in our ‘ladies – only’ facility, which contains many of the same machines present in the weights room, but is exclusively private for staff and female members only. We seek to provide you with choice and comfort.
Whatever your cardio needs, we have the equipment for you. From steppers, stairmasters, crosstrainers, treadmills, to three different types of stationary bike, and a rowing machine. You’ll easily be able to work up a sweat, burn those calories and develop your fitness.
Probodies boasts an extensive free weight selection, with dumbbells that go all the way up to 50kg, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, and everything else you’ll need to reach your training goals.
strength & conditioning
Probodies gym is fitted with a vast array of Hammer Strength equipment, with multiple pieces of equipment for training each muscle group. We also have a squat rack, deadlift platform and sled track for those wanting to develop their strength and performance to new levels.
Tanning from 30p per minute. Unlimited tanning from £25 per month!

Protein shake bar, Variety of energy drinks and pre-workouts to fuel your workout.
ProBodies boasts 40 free parking spaces at the facility, so you will always find a place to park.
If you’ve been exercising consistently for several weeks and aren’t losing weight or changing body shape, hiring a trainer may be a good choice.
A trainer can look at your program and your diet and help you see where you could make changes to create results.
A trainer can also help you determine if the goals you’ve set are realistic for you, hold you accountable for your workouts and help you stay motivated.
You may even find that you are getting results, just not in the way you expected, something a trainer may see more clearly from the outside. You will also take away a lot of knowledge and knowing the correct way to perform the exercise and without the risk of an injury.
